What measures does RELX take to ensure high product quality?

What materials make up a RELX device and RELX pods?

For the mouthpiece, RELX uses Tritan, a BPA-free plastic material commonly used for baby products.

For device batteries, RELX uses a lithium-ion polymer battery. All portable electronics containing lithium-ion batteries present rare, but potentially serious safety hazards, especially under hot or cold conditions.

To help ensure personal and property safety, charging your RELX device should only happen at temperatures between 0°C and 45°C.

Do RELX products have magnetic components? Will the magnets affect other electronics?

At the base, magnets hold the device securely in place while connected to the magnetic USB charging dock. Relx Dubai

Many electronic devices with magnets can affect each other. While charging on a laptop, RELX can trigger a magnet inside your computer that puts it on sleep mode.

This won’t damage your computer, but if it happens, try using an alternate USB port. RELX should also be kept away from keycards, credit cards, and other items with magnetic strips.

CAUTION: The product contains magnets that could be harmful to pacemaker users and others with medical implants. The RELX device should be kept at least 6 inches from pacemakers and other sensitive medical equipment.

How do I get started with my RELX device?

First, please make sure you are using the right pods for your device: The RELX Infinity devices are compatible with RELX Pod Pro.

Start removing the silicone plug from the pod by pulling it out then simply inserting the RELX pod into the RELX device.

How do I charge my RELX device?

The RELX Infinity uses Type C cables. The RELX Infinity has an additional pogo pin for the wireless charging option compatible with its charging case and charging dock.

Your RELX device is charging when the LED light pulses white. You’ll know your device is fully charged when the light stops pulsing and is a solid white. It takes about 45-60 mins to fully charge your RELX device. RELX’s smart-charge technology is designed to reduce overcharging.

You can charge a RELX device with a RELX pod inserted into the device, but this is not necessary.

How do I turn on my RELX device?

No buttons are required to turn on your RELX device, simply inhale from the mouthpiece. Once you have inserted a RELX pod into your RELX device, you are ready for a unique experience.

Do I have to clean the RELX device?

RELX devices are easy to maintain. To clean the charge contacts and inside the RELX device, use a dry or slightly moistened cotton bud.

What is the best way to store the RELX device?

Avoid storing a RELX device for more than two weeks on an empty charge. It is best to charge the device entirely and remove the RELX pod before storing.

As with all products containing nicotine or intended for use with the consumption of nicotine, store the RELX device out of reach of children and pets.

Can I take the RELX device and/or RELX pod on an airplane?

RELX devices are safe for travel, but most airlines restrict the use of vaporizers onboard the aircraft. Most airlines also have restrictions on devices with lithium batteries. Contact your airline or check the list of prohibited items provided by the airline company.

Exposure to extreme altitude changes can cause leakage in RELX pods. You should dispose of any partially used RELX pods before you board the aircraft and use a fresh one when you land.

If your RELX pod leaks, it is best to avoid direct contact with the liquid. If your hands come into contact with the liquid, please wash your hands with soap and water. You can still use a RELX pod if some e-liquid has leaked, after carefully wiping it off with a clean cloth or tissue before inserting it into your device. How do I dispose of a RELX device?

The RELX device is designed to be reliable and intended to exceed our limited warranty. Unlike other e-cigarettes, RELX isn’t disposable and should be treated as a consumer electronic device. Follow your city’s local recommendations for disposing of a lithium-polymer rechargeable battery.

Where do I find my RELX device Serial Code?

The RELX device Serial Code is a combination of six-nine characters (letters and numbers) inside the device where we place the pod.
